If your workspace is shared across multiple members or administrators, you are responsible for ensuring that access is granted appropriately.

You are fully responsible for the content you upload to HeyXera. You should only upload data that is appropriate for your business use and for the users who have access to your workspace.

You should avoid uploading highly sensitive, confidential, or restricted information unless you have assessed that it is suitable for your environment and access model.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HeyXera for unlawful purposes, to upload harmful or malicious content, or to misuse the platform in a way that disrupts service or violates applicable laws.

5. AI-Generated Content

HeyXera provides AI-assisted responses based on uploaded content. While the platform is designed to provide accurate and relevant information, responses may not always be complete or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

6. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable from time to time.

7. Intellectual Property

HeyXera retains ownership of the platform and its technology. You retain ownership of the content you upload.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or non-payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

HeyXera is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
